Our weekly or twice weekly service includes:
- Netting out floating debris (leaves and pine needles are unsightly and also alter the water chemistry as they break down)
- Brushing plaster and tile lines (especially hitting areas where the water doesn't circulate as well and are prone to algae growth)
- Vacuuming the bottom (further removing debris and sand from the pool)
- Emptying skimmer and pump baskets (ensures water flows through the system properly)
- Balancing chemicals (adding chlorine as necessary and the chemicals required to keep the chlorine working efficiently and safely)a
On a regularly scheduled basis our service includes:
- Filter maintenance
- Sand filters are backwashed regularly to ensure debris is rinsed out
- Cartridge filters are cleaned on a semi annual basis to remove build up and debris
- Chlorinator maintenance
- Salt cells are inspected on a quarterly basis and given an acid wash semi-annually to ensure proper chlorine production
- In-line tab feeders are cleaned on a semi-annual basis to ensure proper flow and tab dissolve rates

What additional issues may cause prices to be higher than the advertised rates?
Pool location and ease of access: Rooftop pools or pools that can only be accessed by going up stairs may require special equipment or more time to clean.Size: Pools over 20k gallons or 10k gallons in specialty shapes require more chemicals and time to clean
Additional bodies of water: Fountains and waterfalls that are not connected to the pool system can be added to the weekly service for an additional charge
Surrounding environmental factors: Pools with a lot of tree coverage require additional time and chemicals to keep balanced. If a pool has a full skimmer basket on a regular basis, it may be recommended to add an additional clean during certain months to keep the pool system running properly.
